had a doctors appointment yesterday that I had been waiting on for months. I have been in terrible pain. It broke out over the past few weeks. The old back and hip pain restarted after an ER visit over tooth and gum pain with sinusitus a couple of weeks ago.

my doctor works 40 minutes away. I learned about a service provided by my insurance to help a person like me. They provide rides to doctors. I thought it would be arduous but the whole trip was sweet.

now, I have a muscle relaxant back on board. It took about half an hour and my back started to relax. I realized that it had been spasming out of control. The pain had been dehumanizing and had been causing a disorder of my reflexes as I have been trying to explain. My son held my hand last night in my mind as I passed out and went to sleep at about 7:30 until after 1 a.m. I went back to sleep and woke up in time for breakfast. I am sitting here typing in a comfortable position without pain in my back, with my head and neck uptight and resting comfortably as they ought to.

WOW.

So, I posted a lot about Trump and Kamala Harris in the last moments of the homestretch while I was in this apparently hopeless pain. I trust that the Lord led me to do as I did.
