so, as we move into the 21st century and the 3rd millenium in the New World, in other words, the Americas, it is about Black hegemony and Latino/Hispanic hegemony. It is done through 5he language.

Blacks have done it through rap, obviously. Taken over the beat. Latinos/Hispanics have the nation by storm through the prevalence of Spanish language. That is the definition of those terms.

as far as rap, its like the London rhymers in Britain, a group that picked uo the beat inherent in the language to take over the streets.

i googled it and discovered that these two groups make up about 25 to 30 percent of the racial makep nationwide. It must be different here in the City of Reading.

it is also about hi tech and about modern medicine.

both these groups need to refocus their efforts which have become lackluster about pushing the envolope for motives of profit to defining real efforts to help mankind.

and we need to begin to open our eyes to ecological issues and quit turning a blind eye. The hour is at hand.
