Hispanic and Latinos as inigenous to the Americas have a special gift to bring to the community and culture having populated these “New World” continents for so many thousands of years. New to us; old to them

The know our weather; our forests; our mountains; our trees; our bobcats; our seasons. We inhere; they foster us in so many ways for things we dont even know and live in resentment for a pittance of a paycheck. So, they get angry and do mean things sometimes. It is a dilemma and I do not know the answer hut it is probably something similar to Affirmative Action.
