more about the “as-if personality”

(see the posts, coming out and coming out; 2)

I am now free to be me.

I see that I lived an as-if personality all my life, it became conscious after the “ghoul epiphany” after which nothing made sense.

now that I see the meaning in the ghoul epiphany it truly is one and I am free to be living again.

as far as I was enraged about my mother putting my cat down and at my father’s recent behavior, I have come to understand that a parent CANNOT give his or her child a stone. It is beyond his or her power. The Lord gives us good gifts and our parents are forced to follow in ways we don’t always see at the time and they may not themselves. Similarly, a child cannot not love his or her parents. It is contrary to human nature. It can lead us to extremes. We may disrespect them or fail to honor them but that love is always there.
