they are everywhere

they are not everyday ordinary life but sometimes they inhere in it.

There is a fan in the closet here with a large, round, shiny, black, plastic knob, up on the shelf, that surely was looking at me last night, for instance. As if it were invested with a living energy. I wouldn’t swear to that, but it made me uncomfortable for quite a long time. Maybe they were always here.

Maybe a lot of the things we worry about will be swept away by a tide of aliens for good or for ill.

Are industry and hi-tech a preparation for this?

I have heard it said that some believe Jesus is an alien. I don’t believe so. I believe some aliens are at least 6 times more advanced than us; but God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are over all. That leaves some questions about interplanetary moral and spiritual geography and where human beings wnd other Earth creatures fit in the cosmos.
